Description / Scope of Work
The SSGC Procurement Department invites sealed bids from eligible vendors for the procurement of a Voice Recording System under reference P87859 for FY 2026-27. This goods procurement is planned for the Sindh region and will be conducted through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS v2.0) platform. The procurement follows a Single Stage-One Envelope methodology using Least Cost Based Selection technique in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules 2004 and applicable regulations issued by the procurement authority.
All bidders must be registered on EPADS v2.0 to participate in this procurement process. Bids must be accompanied by bid security as described in the Bidding Document, which may be provided in the form of a Pay Order, Call Deposit, Bank Guarantee, or a bid securing declaration in the format specified. The bidding documents contain comprehensive terms and conditions, detailed specifications, and all technical and commercial requirements necessary for submission.
E-bidding documents are available on the EPADS portal at https://epads.gov.pk/opportunities/federal/procurements/87859. Sealed e-bids must be submitted through EPADS v2.0 on or before Tuesday, September 8, 2026 at 09:30 AM, with e-bid opening scheduled for the same day at 10:00 AM. Manual bid submission is not entertained.
