Description / Scope of Work
The Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA), Federal, has reserved funds for the procurement of IT Equipment planned for FY 2026-27. This national-level procurement is being conducted through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 using a Single Stage-One Envelope methodology with Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules, 2004. The procurement reference number is P55688 and eligible bidders registered on EPADS v2.0 are invited to submit sealed bids for the supply of IT equipment as per the detailed specifications and requirements outlined in the bidding documents.
All bids must be accompanied by bid security in the form of a Pay Order, Banker's Cheque, Demand Draft, or a bid securing declaration as specified in the bidding documents. Bidders must be eligible under the criteria set forth and possess necessary qualifications and licenses as required. The bidding documents, containing comprehensive terms and conditions, technical specifications, and all procurement requirements, are available on the EPADS portal at https://epads.gov.pk/opportunities/federal/procurements/55688. Bidders are required to register themselves on EPADS v2.0 to participate in the bidding process.
Electronic bids must be submitted through EPADS v2.0 on or before Friday, July 24, 2026 at 11:00 AM. Bid opening will be conducted using EPADS v2.0.
