Description / Scope of Work
Pakistan Revenue Automation Pvt Limited (PRAL) invites bids for the procurement of enterprise managed printing, copying and printing services under Tender No. P-29/2026. This is a national-level procurement of non-consultancy services on a single stage-two envelope basis. The scope of work includes equipment deployment, PIN-code secured pull-print/copy/scan solutions, supply of consumables inclusive in cost-per-page rates, and mandatory on-site resident operator(s) to manage the printing and copying environment across PRAL's operations in Islamabad, Federal. The procurement aims to modernize the current printing/copying/scanning infrastructure and ensure efficient document management with security features.
Bidders must meet specified eligibility criteria including relevant experience in providing managed printing services, appropriate technical capabilities, and financial stability demonstrated through average annual turnover and past contract performance. A bid securing declaration is required from all bidders. Technical evaluation will be conducted on a total marks basis of 100 with a minimum qualifying score of 60 marks, following which financial proposals will be evaluated.

A comprehensive Service Level Agreement detailing performance parameters, monitoring, reporting and security requirements is included.
