Faisalabad Electric Supply Company (FESCO) invites sealed bids for the e-auction and disposal of unserviceable materials accumulated at its facilities in Punjab. The auction notice reference 361S/Disposal/FESCO covers thirteen separate lots of scrap and obsolete equipment including scrap metal meters totaling 52,994 kilograms, wooden scrap of 4,896 kilograms, empty steel drums, unserviceable tyres and tubes, rubber and plastic scrap, leather scrap, scrap iron weighing 3,000 kilograms, and dismantled transformer winding with copper and insulation material weighing 18,180 kilograms. Materials are located at Regional Stores FESCO Jhang, Regional Store FESCO Sargodha, and Deputy Director TRW FESCO Faisalabad. The total estimated value of all unserviceable materials is approximately 803,556 Pakistani Rupees, with earnest money and bid security requirements specified for each lot.
Participation in this e-auction is open to all registered bidders with valid FBR registration. Bidders must submit bids through the E-PADS 2.0 system on 27 July 2026 by 11:30 AM, with bid opening scheduled for the same date at 11:30 AM. The bid validity period is 150 days from the auction opening date and may be extended with mutual consent. All bidders must deposit the required bid security in the form of bank draft, pay order, CDR, or banker's cheque in favor of CFO FESCO Faisalabad prior to bid submission. Rate quoted should exclude all applicable government taxes, which must be paid within 21 working days of acceptance letter issuance.
Bidders may inspect unserviceable materials during working hours before the e-auction at the specified locations. The competent authority reserves all rights to accept or reject any offer.
