Description / Scope of Work
The National Disaster Management Authority (NDMA), Islamabad, intends to conduct a public auction of various unserviceable and obsolete information technology items and electronic equipment. The auction encompasses thirty categories of items including CPUs, servers, laptops, MacBook Air units, iPhone-7s Pro devices, LCD monitors, UPS systems, photocopier machines, printers, tape recorders, television sets, network switches, and various peripheral equipment. The auction will be held on 27th July 2026 at 10:00 hours at the NDMA headquarters in Islamabad, Federal region. All prospective bidders are invited to visit the facility on 17th July 2026 for inspection of the items before participating in the auction process.
Prospective bidders must be registered income tax filers with valid original CNIC (National Identity Card) and must provide complete address, telephone number, and NTN (National Tax Number). All participants are required to deposit Rs. 10,000/- as a refundable token amount in the form of CDR or cash before participating. The successful bidder must deposit 25 percent of the bidding amount as cash on the same day, which will be refunded after full payment is deposited in the Government Treasury. All duties, taxes, and income tax are the responsibility of the successful bidder.
Full payment must be submitted on the same day of successful bidding in the form of Bank Draft, Pay Order, or cash in favour of the Government of Pakistan, Islamabad. The equipment will be handed over only after verification of the deposited amount from the bank and approval by the Competent Authority. NDMA reserves the right to accept or reject any offer and to cancel or postpone the auction without assigning any reason.
