Description / Scope of Work
Heavy Industries Taxila (HIT), through its Supply Chain Management Directorate located in Taxila Cantt, Punjab, invites sealed bids for the procurement of four distinct items under tender reference 5976/ASRF/26-27/IT-7403, 7404, 7405, 7406. The tender package comprises four separate tenders: IT-7403 for procurement of a Universal Reader Writer of Programmable ICs, IT-7404 for an Optical Tester type A vehicle with AC 15 type DC reflecting galvanometer, IT-7405 for a portable oscilloscope, and IT-7406 for a hydraulic jack trolley. Participating firms are required to submit separate bids for each tender item with both technical and commercial proposals. This is a single-stage, two-envelope procurement conducted on a FOR (Free on Rail) basis. The total scope includes technical specifications for all four items as detailed in the respective annexures.
Bidding is open to all eligible suppliers and vendors. Bid security in the form of earnest money is required as per the bid data sheet. Prospective bidders must meet the eligibility criteria outlined in the tender documents, including possession of valid business registration and relevant certifications. Non-disclosure agreements and integrity pacts must be signed as conditions of participation. Bank guarantees for advance payment and performance warranty are mandatory upon award. All documentation must comply with the standards specified in the bidding document.
Bids must be submitted in a single sealed envelope containing separate technical and commercial offers at Gate No. 05, Heavy Industries Taxila, on or before 10:30 hours on 27 July 2026. Bid opening will commence at 11:00 hours on the same date at the same location.
