For Bidders: Our Analysis PAKISTANTENDER INSIGHT
Independent analysis by PakistanTender — not part of the official notice. Always confirm details against the original tender document.
SNGPL Multan is procuring air conditioning units for their stores department—likely a standard operational replenishment for a large gas utility's facility.
Medium-scale procurement with July 2026 deadline (routine timing for FY 2026-27 planning). LCBS methodology favors cost-competitive bidders; no technical scoring complexity implied. One-off procurement rather than recurring contract. Appears to be replacement/maintenance stock rather than expansion capex.
Who can bid: Notice specifies eligibility criteria exist in bidding documents but does not detail them here. Typically, bidders must have valid NTN/FBR registration, SECP incorporation, relevant PEC category (if construction-linked), and no blacklist status. Registration on ePADS v2.0 is mandatory. No explicit sector restrictions stated.
