Description / Scope of Work
Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited (SNGPL), Multan Transmission Distribution Office invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the procurement of air conditioning units under reference MNT/TE/036/26 with project reference P57779. This procurement is planned for the fiscal year 2026-27 and will be conducted through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (ePADS v2.0) using a single stage-one envelope methodology with Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules 2004. The procurement location is the SNGPL Stores Department at Piran Ghaib Road, Multan City, Multan District, in Punjab Province.
Bidders must meet eligibility criteria as specified in the bidding documents and are required to submit bid security in the form of a pay order, banker's cheque, call deposit, bank guarantee, demand draft, or alternatively provide a bid securing declaration as per the prescribed format. All bids must comply with the terms and conditions detailed in the standard bidding document, which covers general conditions of contract, special conditions, integrity pact requirements, and performance guarantee provisions.
