Description / Scope of Work
The Central Material Testing Laboratory (CMTL) WAPDA, Member (Water) is procuring NQ Size High Pressure Inflatable/Deflatable Packers under the Decade of Dams initiative. This procurement is referenced as P54035 and is planned for fiscal year 2026-27 with funds reserved by WAPDA for eligible payments under the contract. The goods are required by the laboratory located at Block N-3 WAPDA Town Phase-II in Lahore City, Punjab Province, supporting WAPDA's critical infrastructure and testing operations.
All bids must be accompanied by bid security in the form of a Pay Order, Demand Draft, or a bid securing declaration in the format specified in the bidding documents. Eligible bidders are required to be registered on the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) version 2.0 to participate in the bidding process. The procurement follows the Public Procurement Rules 2004 and will employ a Single Stage-One Envelope methodology using the Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique for evaluation and award.
Bidders must obtain the detailed e-bidding documents from the EPADS portal at https://epads.gov.pk/opportunities/federal/procurements/54035. Electronic bids prepared in accordance with all instructions must be submitted through EPADS v2.0 on or before Tuesday, July 28, 2026 at 11:00 AM, with e-bid opening scheduled for the same day at 11:30 AM.
