Description / Scope of Work
The Participatory Village Development Programme (PVDP), a non-profit non-governmental organization in Sindh, is procuring 450 kitchen gardening toolkits and vegetable seeds for delivery across 15 villages in six union councils within Taluka Digri, District Mirpurkhas, Sindh. This procurement is funded by the German Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development and action medeor e.V., forming part of a 28-month project titled 'Healthy Communities - Bright Future' aimed at strengthening remote village communities to create healthy livelihoods in rural Sindh, Pakistan. The tender reference number is 6000249-2026-09-PVDP-BMZ and covers delivery locations in UC Ghulam Muhammad Nohri, UC Kangoro, UC Mir Fateh Khan, UC Mir Khuda Bux, UC Puban and UC Sufan Shah.
Sealed quotations are invited from qualified companies and suppliers meeting standard eligibility criteria. PVDP reserves the right to increase or decrease the quantity by up to 20% as applicable. Alternative offers are not accepted. The technical specifications for the kitchen gardening toolkits and vegetable seeds are detailed in Annex III of the tender document.
