Description / Scope of Work
The Trade Development Authority of Pakistan (TDAP), through its Commercial Wing at the Consulate General of Pakistan in Frankfurt am Main, invites sealed bids from European stand construction companies for the design, construction, and setup of Pakistan Pavilions at international trade fairs held throughout Germany. This procurement covers the complete stand construction services required for multiple exhibitions, with bidders expected to possess valid construction licenses, appropriate insurance coverage, and necessary authorizations from German exhibition centers. The scope encompasses project management, structural design, material supply, labor, installation, and dismantling of temporary exhibition pavilions that showcase Pakistan's trade and business capabilities to German and international audiences.
Eligible bidders must be established European stand construction companies with at least five years of demonstrated experience in building country pavilions at various international trade exhibitions in Germany. Bidders are required to possess valid construction licenses recognized in Germany, comprehensive insurance policies covering all aspects of the work, and formal authorizations from relevant exhibition centers and authorities. A bid security declaration must accompany each submission as per the Public Procurement Rules 2004 notified by the Government of Pakistan. Single-stage two-envelope procedure shall be followed strictly in accordance with these rules.
Duly completed bidding documents must be submitted to the Commercial Wing, Consulate General of Pakistan, Beethovenstr. 4, 60325 Frankfurt am Main, Germany, on or before 3rd August 2026 at 1600 hours, with bid opening scheduled for 1630 hours the same day.
