Description / Scope of Work
The Public Health Engineering Division Malakand invites electronic bids through the ePADS platform for the implementation of Accelerated Sustainable Development Initiatives (ASDI) 2025-26 in District Malakand, KPK Province. Two schemes are offered on a single stage two envelopes basis: installation of pressure pump solar systems in UC Lower Batkhela, Upper Batkhela, Middle Batkhela, Malakand, Shar, Dheri Jahluman, Totakan, Pirkhail and Agra with an estimated cost of PKR 4.487 million; and installation of pressure pump solar systems in UC Thana Khas, Thana Bandajat, Thana Jadeed, Palai, Dherai and Alladand with an estimated cost of PKR 4.487 million. These water supply infrastructure projects aim to enhance service delivery across rural communities in the district.
Eligible bidders must be registered with the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority and comply with all regulatory requirements under KPPRA Rules 2014. Contractors and firms must submit technical and financial bids separately in sealed envelopes. The bid security required is 2% of the estimated cost plus stamp duty as per KPPRA Notification No. S.R.O (14) and (29) dated 10-05-2022 and 29-10-2025. Bidders are required to submit detailed rate analysis if quoting more than 20% below the estimated cost; failure to do so will render the bid non-responsive. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 20 July 2026 at the office of the Executive Engineer PHED Malakand.
Bidding documents are available for download from the ePADS website (www.eprocure.gov.pk) at a fee of PKR 2,000 payable as a non-refundable demand draft or pay order. Sealed bids must be submitted through registered mail or courier to the Office of the Executive Engineer PHE Division Malakand by 11:30 AM on 30 July 2026. Technical bids will be opened at 12:00 PM on the same day in the presence of bidders or their representatives.
