Registration: Bidders must be active tax filers registered with the Sales Tax and Income Tax departments, and formally registered on the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (KP-PPRA) e-procurement portal (http://kp.eprocure.gov.pk). Bidders blacklisted by the Prisons Department are strictly ineligible. Earnest Money (Bid Security): A 2% Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) of the total estimated bid value from an authorized bank must be uploaded onto EPADS. The original hard copy of the CDR must be physically submitted to the office before the tender opens, failing which the bidder will face a 1-year disqualification penalty.
