Description / Scope of Work
The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Education Department invites sealed competitive bids for the procurement of educational materials, equipment and supplies for the financial year 2026-27 under the provincial procurement framework. The total estimated value of this procurement is Rs. 50,000,000 (fifty million rupees). This tender is being floated through the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (KPPRA) system to ensure transparency, competition and value for money in procurement across the education sector in the province. The scope includes supply and delivery of various educational materials and equipment required by government educational institutions throughout Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
Eligibility requirements stipulate that bidders must be registered with the KPPRA and hold valid tax and business registration certificates. Bidders are required to submit proof of financial solvency and technical capability relevant to the items being procured. A bid security of 2.5 percent of the total bid value must be submitted in the form of bank draft or guarantee issued by a scheduled bank. All bidders must comply with the Conditions of Contract (CDR) as stipulated in the tender documents and provide evidence of previous similar supply experience where applicable.
Bid documents are available on the official KPPRA website at http://kp.eprocure.gov.pk and the ePADS portal. Interested bidders must download the tender documents from these portals and submit sealed bids by 11:00 AM on the closing date at the designated submission address. The bid opening will take place at 10:30 AM on the same day in the presence of bidders or their representatives. A performance guarantee equivalent to 5 percent of the awarded contract value will be required from the successful bidder before contract execution.
