Description / Scope of Work
The Tehsil Municipal Administration Pishtakhara in Peshawar, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa has floated a tender notice for the fabrication of solid waste management machinery. This procurement is being conducted under the Single Stage Two Envelope method as per KPPRA Rules 2014. The tender includes the supply and fabrication of one tractor 4wd front end loader with back hoe as per specifications, two units of 1 to 1.5 cubic metre mini tippers, and two tractor trolleys. All equipment must be complete in all respects and sourced from well-reputed manufacturers and fabricators having valid NTN, GST, and PEC registration with 3S facility. This is a technical and financial procurement being executed in Peshawar with funding from the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
Eligible bidders must be duly registered on the EPAD portal at https://kp.eprocure.gov.pk/supplier/registration and must be established manufacturers or fabricators with the required registrations. Bidders shall submit a bid security equivalent to two percent of the total bid price in the form of a CDR in the name of TMO TMA Pishtakhara. All applicable taxes including sales tax, income tax, KPPRA taxes, and stamp duties as per government rules shall be the responsibility of the successful bidder.
E-bids must be submitted through the EPADS portal on or before 27 July 2026 at 12:30 PM, with technical bids opening scheduled for the same day at 2:00 PM. Financial bids of technically accepted and responsive bidders will be opened publicly at a date, time and venue communicated after technical evaluation. Bid documents and detailed specifications can be obtained from the office of the defunct TMA at Town III, Circular Road, University Town Peshawar.
