Description / Scope of Work
The Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa invites sealed competitive bids for the procurement of general supplies, equipment and materials required for the fiscal year 2026-27. This tender notice (Reference 2026-27) seeks quotations from eligible contractors and suppliers for the supply and delivery of thirteen categorized items of general stores and equipment. The procurement is open to registered vendors and businesses operating in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province and aims to ensure transparent and competitive procurement of quality goods at reasonable rates.
Eligible bidders must be duly registered with the relevant trade and tax authorities, possess valid business licenses, and meet the minimum qualification criteria set by the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Bid security in the prescribed amount must be submitted along with the bid documents. Bid documents are available for collection from the office of the concerned department from the date of publication. Sealed bids must be submitted by 12:00 noon on 28 July 2026 to the designated office address. Bids will be opened on the same day at 11:00 AM in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.
