The National Competitive Bidding Pakistan invites sealed bids for the acquisition and establishment of an E-Park Acquisition and Disposal System. This procurement initiative aims to modernize the competitive bidding process through procurement platform implementation. The project encompasses development of comprehensive e-procurement infrastructure with an estimated scope of 11,000 AWL (units), supporting efficient and transparent acquisition operations across KPK province. The system is designed to facilitate streamlined procurement procedures and enhance transparency in government bidding processes through digital infrastructure deployment. Eligible bidders must be registered E-Procurement vendors with valid business licenses and technical credentials for software and systems implementation. Bid security of 2,000,000 Pakistani Rupees is required from all participating bidders, with payment to be submitted alongside tender documents. Additional security deposit of 300,000 Pakistani Rupees must accompany the bid submission for contract performance guarantee. Interested vendors can obtain complete bid documents from the issuing authority office during normal business hours. Sealed bids must be submitted by the closing date of 28 July 2026 at 11:30 AM at the designated procurement office. Bid opening will be conducted on 28 July 2026 at 11:15 AM in the presence of authorized representatives and interested bidders.
