Description / Scope of Work
Sealed tenders are invited from eligible bidders and firms for the repairs and maintenance of Government vehicles on the charge of District Police Officer, Mansehra for the financial year 2026-27. The procurement is being conducted under the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Procurement Rules 2014 using a single-stage single-envelope bidding method, with the financial bid to be submitted in the original envelope. This tender covers relevant spare parts and items required for the proper maintenance and repair of Government vehicles. Tenders must be submitted on or before 25th July 2026 at 1300 hours through registered post or courier service, with opening scheduled for 1400 hours on the same day in the presence of bidders' representatives.
Eligible bidders must be registered with the Income Tax and Sales Tax departments, with attested photo copies of registration documents to be submitted alongside their tender. A call deposit of 2% of the quoted rates must be attached to the quotation. All applicable taxes as per Government orders shall be deducted from payment. Upon tender acceptance, successful bidders are required to deposit security at the rate of 10% of the total contract value in the form of call deposits in the name of District Police Officer, Mansehra, which will be refunded following successful completion of the contract.
Tender documents are available from the office of the undersigned on any working day between 0800 AM and 1600 PM, available one day before the tender closing date at a fee of Rs. 200 per bidding document. For courier requests, a bank draft must be submitted to cover the cost of return delivery.
