Pakistan Revenue Automation (Private) Limited (PRAL) invites electronic bids from eligible firms and vendors for the hiring of services related to record digitization, archiving and intelligent record retrieval. This procurement notice is issued under e-tender reference P-31/2026 and covers services for comprehensive record management solutions. The tender is open to registered bidders and will be processed through the Federal procurement system. Eligible firms and vendors must be registered on EPADS (Electronic Procurement Across Divisions System) at https://epads.gov.pk and https://epms.ppra.gov.pk to participate in this competitive bidding process. Bidders must ensure compliance with all applicable Public Procurement Rules, 2004 and submit proposals strictly in accordance with the instructions provided in the bidding document.
Electronic proposals prepared in accordance with tender instructions must be submitted through EPADS 2.0 on or before 27 July 2026 at 3:00 PM. Bids will be opened on the same date at 3:30 PM.
