Independent analysis by PakistanTender — not part of the official notice. Always confirm details against the original tender document.
IDAP seeks integrated IT infrastructure for PRA headquarters: LAN/wireless networking, data centre equipment, CCTV, telephone exchange, and meeting room systems.
Estimated value PKR 8.3M suggests medium-scale deployment across a single government facility. Single delivery, not recurring. Tight 7-month timeline from notice to July 2026 closure. Requires e-Procurement registration and demonstrated capability across multiple technology domains—suited for established IT integrators rather than single-product suppliers.
Who can bid: Registration on Punjab e-Procurement System mandatory. Bidders must hold relevant licenses and qualifications per tender document (not detailed in notice). Typically requires NTN, SECP registration for corporate bidders, and vendor registration with PPRA. No PEC category applicable (IT equipment, not construction). Document review required to confirm specific licensing expectations.
