IBA Karachi seeks repair and renovation of a sliding whiteboard mechanism at Faysal Block—a small, localized facility improvement project.
Two line items suggest phased or component-based work. Notable constraints: mandatory site visit on 13 July with only 2-day submission window (tight), 2% monthly liquidated damages for delay, and stamp duty at 0.35% on PO value. Appears one-off maintenance rather than recurring. Scope confined to BoQ specifications with no apparent design flexibility.
Who can bid: Typically, vendors must hold valid NTN and be registered with SECP (if corporate) or FBR (if sole proprietor). PEC registration not mentioned, suggesting non-construction classification despite 'repair and renovation' label. No explicit restrictions stated; typically IBA may prefer vendors with institutional or commercial premises maintenance experience.
