Pakistan Defense Officers Housing Authority (PDOHA) DHA City Karachi invites sealed bids for the construction of one farmhouse (FH#12) comprising 2000 square yards as balance works in Sector-01 at DHA City Karachi, Sindh. The project falls under PEC Category C6 with specification codes CE-09 and CE-10. This tender notice is issued for eligible contractors and firms to participate in this residential construction project located at KM 50 on Motorway M-9 in Karachi.
Eligible bidders must possess valid PEC registration for the year 2025-26 and maintain active tax payer status. The tender follows a Single Stage One Envelope sealed bid procedure. Bid documents are available from the Technical and Contract Section at DHA City Karachi upon submission of a written request and payment of the non-refundable bid document fee of Rs. 2,000 as a pay order. Interested parties must also present a valid PEC Registration Certificate. Bid security equivalent to 2% of the bid amount must be submitted in the form of a pay order in favour of DHA City Karachi.
Sealed bids in original form must be delivered to the T&C Section at DHA City Karachi on or before 14:30 hours on 20 July 2026. Bids will be opened on the same day at 15:00 hours in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives holding authority letters.
