NLC seeks pre-qualified contractors for multi-location Digital Enforcement Station construction in Sindh.
This is a qualification-stage tender; financial bidding follows only for pre-qualified firms. The tight 02 November 2026 deadline suggests urgency. Applicants must have current PEC registration, clean blacklist history, and recent income tax compliance. Scale appears medium to large given multi-location scope, though exact contract value is not disclosed. Portfolio of similar completed projects will be heavily weighted in assessment.
Who can bid: Contractors must hold current registration with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the applicable category and be registered with Income Tax authority. Valid NTN required. Three-year income tax clearance certificate mandatory. Non-blacklist affidavit from all government, autonomous and private bodies required. Typically, firms must also demonstrate technical capacity through pre-qualification experience certificates.
