Pakistan Defense Officers Housing Authority (PDOHA) DHA City Karachi invites sealed bids for the construction of two farmhouses designated as FH#95 (2500 square yards) and FH#192 (2000 square yards) as balance works in Sector-01 at DHA City Karachi. This project falls under PEC Category C6 with specification codes CE-09 and CE-10. The location is at KM 50, Motorway M-9, Karachi in Sindh province. The tender is issued on a single stage one envelope basis inviting competitive bids from eligible contractors and firms.
Eligible bidders must possess valid PEC registration for the year 2025-26 and maintain an active tax payer status. Interested contractors are required to submit a tender fee of Rs 2,000 (non-refundable) in the form of a pay order made in favor of DHA City Karachi along with production of a valid PEC Registration Certificate. Bid security equivalent to 2% of the bid amount in the form of a pay order must be submitted with each bid. Bidders who wish to attend the bid opening must provide an authority letter.
Bid documents can be obtained from the Technical & Contract (T&C) Section at DHA City Karachi on 06 July 2026 against submission of a written request and payment of the prescribed bid document fee. Sealed bids in original must be delivered to the T&C Section at DHA City Karachi on or before 1430 hours on 16 July 2026. Bids will be opened on the same day at 1500 hours in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.
