Pakistan Defense Officers Housing Authority (PDOHA) DHA City Karachi invites sealed bids for the construction of one farmhouse (FH#38) comprising 2000 square yards with balance works in Sector-01 at DHA City Karachi, located at KM 50, Motorway M-9 in Sindh province. The project falls under PEC Category C6 with specification codes CE-09 and CE-10. This tender is issued for eligible contractors and construction firms to undertake the complete farmhouse construction work as per technical specifications and contract requirements.
Eligible bidders must possess valid Professional Engineering Council (PEC) registration for the financial year 2025-26 and maintain active taxpayer status. Bid documents are available from the Technical and Contract Section at DHA City Karachi upon submission of a written request and payment of the tender fee of Rs. 2,000 (nonrefundable) through a pay order in favor of DHA City Karachi. Bidders must submit bid security in the form of a pay order equivalent to 2% of their bid amount. The tender employs a Single Stage One Envelope procedure for bid submission and evaluation.
Sealed bids in original must be delivered to the T&C Section at DHA City Karachi on or before 14:30 hours on 29 July 2026. Bid opening will occur on the same day at 15:00 hours in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. Bid documents can be obtained starting 06 July 2026.
