Description / Scope of Work
DHA City Karachi, operating under the Pakistan Defense Officers Housing Authority, invites sealed bids for the construction of one farmhouse (FH#96) comprising 2000 square yards with balance works in Sector-01 at DHA City Karachi, Sindh. This project is classified under PEC Category C6 with specification codes CE-09 and CE-10. The tender is open to eligible contractors and firms holding valid PEC registration for the financial year 2025-26 and currently listed as active tax payers. The tender fee is Rs 2,000 (non-refundable) payable via pay order in favor of DHA City Karachi.
Eligible bidders must possess valid PEC registration certificates and maintain active tax payer status to participate. Bid security equivalent to 2% of the quoted bid amount must be submitted with the bid in the form of a pay order made payable to DHA City Karachi. All bids are to be submitted on a single-stage, one-envelope basis as per DHA's procurement procedures and regulations.
Bid documents are available from the Technical & Contract Section at DHA City Karachi, KM 50, Motorway M-9 (Post Code 75340), starting from 06 July 2026 upon submission of a written request and payment of the bid document fee. Sealed bids must be delivered to the T&C Section on or before 14:30 hours on 27 July 2026, with opening scheduled for 15:00 hours the same day in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.
