DHA City Karachi, operating under the Pakistan Defense Officers Housing Authority, invites sealed bids for the construction of one farmhouse (FH#96) comprising 2000 square yards with balance works in Sector-01 at DHA City Karachi, Sindh. This project is classified under PEC Category C6 with specification codes CE-09 and CE-10. The tender is open to eligible contractors and firms holding valid PEC registration for the financial year 2025-26 and currently listed as active tax payers. The tender fee is Rs 2,000 (non-refundable) payable via pay order in favor of DHA City Karachi.
Eligible bidders must possess valid PEC registration certificates and maintain active tax payer status to participate.
