Description / Scope of Work
District Council Rahim Yar Khan invites sealed bids from registered trading firms, companies and suppliers engaged in commercial trading and registered with relevant authorities including PEC license, Income Tax, Sales Tax and Punjab Sales Tax departments. This is an annual framework procurement for financial year FY-2026-27 to be conducted through the Punjab e-Procurement System on a single stage single envelope basis. The bidding document notice is published for suppliers across Punjab province to participate in this framework arrangement for the supply of goods and services as per the council's requirements.
Eligible bidders must be registered with relevant Registration Authorities and Tax Departments and hold valid PEC licenses, Income Tax registration, Sales Tax and Punjab Sales Tax certifications. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security in the form of CDR, Bank Guarantee, Demand Draft or Pay Order issued in the name of District Council Rahim Yar Khan and calculated at the estimated price mentioned in the bidding document. Late submissions will be rejected automatically. Bidders are required to submit their complete Punjab e-Procurement System bids online through the official portal.
Bidding documents are immediately available for download from the official Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority website at http://ppra.punjab.gov.pk. Interested bidders must submit their e-bids online at https://punjab.eprocure.gov.pk by 28 July 2026 at 01:00 PM, with e-bid opening scheduled for 28 July 2026 at 01:30 PM. Original bid security instruments must be physically submitted in a clearly marked envelope to the Procurement Office at Town Hall Office District Council Rahim Yar Khan before the e-bid submission deadline.
