Description / Scope of Work
Rawalpindi Waste Management Company (RWMC), a company established under section 42 of the Companies Ordinance 1984 (now Companies Act, 2017), invites sealed bids from well-reputed manufacturers, firms, companies, authorized distributors and contractors for the procurement of tyres, tubes and flaps items required for operational purposes in Rawalpindi, Punjab. The tender was originally published on the PPRA website on 24th June 2026 with IPL No 6380, and the bidding deadline has been extended to 15th July 2026 at 11:00 hours with technical bid opening scheduled for 11:30 hours on the same day. The scope includes supply of various tyre, tube and flap items as specified in the revised technical specifications and terms of reference uploaded on the EPAD and PPRA portals.
Eligibility criteria require that bidders must be well-reputed manufacturers, firms or companies with authorized distributorship status, or qualified contractors. All bids must be duly completed, signed, stamped and submitted in complete conformity with the bidding document requirements. Bidders are required to submit bids online through the EPADS website (punjab.eprocure.gov.pk) in accordance with the prescribed format and conditions outlined in the technical specification and bidding documents.
Bids shall be submitted exclusively through the EPADS portal, with submission being the sole responsibility of the bidder. Technical bid opening will be conducted online on 15th July 2026 at 11:30 hours through EPADS in the presence of prospective bidders or their representatives who wish to attend.
