The scope includes supply of various tyre, tube and flap items as specified in the revised technical specifications and terms of reference uploaded on the EPAD and PPRA portals.
Eligibility criteria require that bidders must be well-reputed manufacturers, firms or companies with authorized distributorship status, or qualified contractors. All bids must be duly completed, signed, stamped and submitted in complete conformity with the bidding document requirements. Bidders are required to submit bids online through the EPADS website (punjab.eprocure.gov.pk) in accordance with the prescribed format and conditions outlined in the technical specification and bidding documents.

For Bidders: Our Analysis PAKISTANTENDER INSIGHT
Independent analysis by PakistanTender — not part of the official notice. Always confirm details against the original tender document.
RWMC seeks suppliers of vehicle maintenance consumables (tyres, tubes, flaps) for fleet operations—likely a recurring municipal requirement given the waste management mandate.
The extended deadline (originally June 24, now July 15) signals either competitive interest or specification refinement; bidders should verify latest documents on EPAD/PPRA portals before submission. Scale appears medium based on municipal fleet scope. Online-only EPADS submission eliminates walk-in submission risk but demands system familiarity.
Who can bid: Bidders must be well-reputed manufacturers, authorized distributors, or qualified contractors. RWMC is a Companies Act entity; bidders typically require NTN, SECP registration (if corporate), and PEC membership (if applicable to their category). Sales tax registration and valid authorization documentation from principals required. Specific PEC category not stated.
