Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited (SNGPL) invites sealed bids for the supply of tyres under tender enquiry FCS/SDQ/TE/030/26. The procurement is for delivery as per the schedule of requirements specified in Appendix B. The tender is issued from the Procurement Office located at Project South Spread KLP Road, Near Jamal Din Wali By Pass Sadiqabad Camp, and is open to qualified suppliers across Pakistan. Bids must be submitted in both physical and electronic formats on the e-procurement system (EPADS) to be considered responsive.
Bidders must meet specific eligibility criteria including provision of valid GST number with certificate, National Tax Number with certificate, valid Professional Tax Clearance Certificate, and proof of business registration (NIC for sole proprietors, partnership deed for partnerships, or Articles of Association for private or public limited companies). A bid bond as per the specimen in Appendix F is mandatory. All quotes must be in Pakistani Rupees inclusive of all taxes, duties and levies including sales tax at the applicable rate. Bidders are required to clearly indicate any tax exemptions and GST rates differing from the standard 18 percent rate.
Bid documents are available from the Procurement Office and must be obtained in person. Sealed tenders comprising original and duplicate copies must be submitted to the Deputy Chief Officer (Procurement), SNGPL, Procurement Office, Sadiqabad Camp, by 15:00 hours on 27 August 2026. The same-day public opening occurs at 15:30 hours. Bids remain valid for 60 days from the closing date. Payment will be made within 30 days of goods receipt, subject to SNGPL's withholding of one percent of total sales tax as per applicable regulations.
