Pakistan Revenue Automation Pvt Limited invites sealed bids for the hiring of services for record digitization, archiving and intelligent record retrieval under tender reference P-31/2026. This is a national level procurement for non-consultancy services to be executed in Islamabad, Federal Territory. The scope of work encompasses six integrated modules: physical record management and logistics, high-quality scanning and digitization, OCR indexing with mandatory metadata architecture, quality assurance and quality control procedures, physical record retention storage and retrieval systems, and comprehensive training with knowledge transfer.
