Description / Scope of Work
Lahore Electric Supply Company Limited (LESCO), O&M Distribution, invites bids for maintenance of the distribution system in the Southern Circle for the financial year 2026-27. The scope of work involves replacement of high-tension and low-tension jumpers on distribution lines, replacement of distribution transformers, bus bars, broken disc and pin insulators, and comprehensive tree trimming operations across the Southern Circle area in Punjab. This is a works contract being procured on a national competitive basis under a single-stage, one-envelope bidding methodology. The tender is referenced as TENDER NO.3.5 and is scheduled for opening on July 10, 2026.
Eligible bidders must meet prescribed financial and technical criteria, possess valid business registration and tax clearance certificates, and demonstrate relevant experience in electrical distribution maintenance works. Bidders are required to submit a bid securing declaration as specified in the tender document. All bidding shall be conducted in accordance with the Standard Bidding Document requirements, and prospective bidders must review the eligibility criteria, evaluation criteria, and special conditions of contract detailed in the tender documentation.
