Description / Scope of Work
The National Disaster Risk Management Fund (NDRMF), a not-for-profit company incorporated under the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan under Section 42 of the Companies Act 2017, invites sealed e-bids from eligible service providers for the renewal and purchase of software licenses and annual subscriptions for Microsoft Office 365, Visio, Project, and Power BI. The procurement is being conducted in Islamabad under the Public Procurement Rules 2004 with a Single Stage, One Envelope procedure. The bid security amount is PKR 162,850.00, and the National Disaster Risk Management Fund NTN is 8949176. Eligible bidders must be established service providers with offices registered in Islamabad and duly registered with the relevant tax authorities.
