Description / Scope of Work
The National Disaster Risk Management Fund (NDRMF), a not-for-profit company incorporated under the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan under Section 42 of the Companies Act 2017, invites sealed e-bids from eligible service providers for the renewal and purchase of software licenses and annual subscriptions for Microsoft Office 365, Visio, Project, and Power BI. The procurement is being conducted in Islamabad under the Public Procurement Rules 2004 with a Single Stage, One Envelope procedure. The bid security amount is PKR 162,850.00, and the National Disaster Risk Management Fund NTN is 8949176. This is a critical software acquisition to support the Fund's operational and project management requirements across multiple applications and platforms.
Eligible bidders must be established service providers with offices registered in Islamabad and duly registered with the relevant tax authorities. Bidders are required to fulfill all eligibility and qualification criteria as defined in the bidding documents available from the Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) website at www.ppra.org.pk and the Fund's website at www.ndrmf.pk. All bids must be accompanied by the mandatory Bid Security of PKR 162,850.00 in forms provided by NDRMF and submitted through the PPRA EPAD System at www.epads.gov.pk, with original Bid Security Instruments submitted in sealed envelopes as per the submission schedule.
Bidding documents may be downloaded free of cost from PPRA's website (www.ppra.org.pk) and the Fund's website (www.ndrmf.pk) or from the PPRA EPAD system (www.epads.gov.pk). Bidders must register on the Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) EPAD System to participate in the e-bidding process. The bid submission deadline is July 24, 2026 at 1000 hours, with bid opening scheduled for July 24, 2026 at 1030 hours. Bidders are instructed to submit proposals and bids through the PPRA EPAD System.
