For Bidders: Our Analysis PAKISTANTENDER INSIGHT
Independent analysis by PakistanTender — not part of the official notice. Always confirm details against the original tender document.
SAFWCO seeks established companies to establish 05 fish storage/marketing enterprises and 10 rice storage/processing operations across Sindh, primarily District Thatta.
This is infrastructure + operational setup—not routine supply. Scale appears medium-to-large given multi-location rollout and value-chain focus. Bidders need sector-specific operational licenses (fish/rice handling), not just registration. Long deadline (July 2026) suggests complex evaluation; one-off initiative rather than recurring procurement.
Who can bid: Bidders must be established companies on General Order supplier register with relevant sector licenses (fish storage/processing/marketing or rice operations). Typically require SECP registration, valid NTN, and authority-specific permits for food handling. Experience in similar post-harvest/marketing ventures stated as requirement. No PEC category applicable (non-construction).
