Supply of Oil Level Magnetic Switch and TAP Items for Chashma Hydel Power Station

Pakistan Water and Power Development Authority (WAPDA) invites electronic bids through Chashma Hydel Power Station for the supply of various items under the Decade of Dams initiative. Five separate tender packages are being offered for procurement: Supply of Oil Level Magnetic Switch and Governor System (Tender 1), Supply of 10 Nos. Washer Valve Sets (Tender 2), Supply of Electrical items (Tender 3), Supply of TAP items for Mechanical Section (Tender 4), and Supply of Consumable items (Tender 5). The total estimated value across all tenders ranges from 75,000 to 200,000 Pakistani Rupees per package. All work shall be executed at Chashma Hydel Power Station located in Mianwali District, Punjab. The performance period for all tenders is 120 days from the date of purchase order issuance. Bidders must be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) and possess an Active Tax Payer status. Contractors and suppliers must be on the approved vendor list of WAPDA and should not be blacklisted by any government department. Bid security is required as per PPRA rules, with the amount specified against each tender package. Contractors must submit a certificate of recent work experience in similar fields as issued by relevant government authorities or certified organizations. Electronic bids must be submitted via EPADS portal on or before the opening date of 1480 hours (2:00 PM) on the specified closing date. Manual bids will not be accepted. Bid opening shall take place in the Resident Engineer's office at Chashma Hydel Power Station in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.
