Description / Scope of Work
The Higher Education Commission (HEC) invites sealed bids for the supply of furniture and office equipment. This procurement notice, reference No. 06-PMS/HEC/IFB-II, is issued for the supply of various furniture items and office equipment required by HEC in Sindh province. The tender scope includes multiple lots of furniture and equipment as detailed in the bid documents, with an estimated project value and delivery requirements specified for Islamabad and other locations. The procurement is open to all qualified suppliers and vendors registered with relevant authorities in Pakistan.
Eligible bidders must be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) and possess valid business registration certificates. Bidders should have relevant experience in supplying similar furniture and office equipment to government or corporate organizations. A bid security in the prescribed amount must be submitted with each bid as per the bid documents. Bidders must comply with all statutory requirements and provide certified copies of their registration documents and tax compliance certificates.
Bid documents are available from the HEC office during normal business hours and can be obtained by submitting an application with a non-refundable fee. Sealed bids must be submitted by 15 July 2026 at the HEC office in Islamabad. Bids will be opened on the specified date in the presence of authorized representatives of bidders.
