Description / Scope of Work
Lahore Electric Supply Company (LESCO) invites sealed competitive bids from pre-qualified registered manufacturers and suppliers for the supply of various electrical materials, equipment and components. The invitation for bids covers a comprehensive range of items including insulation paper conductors, energy meters, transformers, cables, conductors, switches, and related electrical equipment required for distribution network operations in Lahore, Punjab. The total scope encompasses multiple tender items valued at approximately PKR 10-15 million with varying quantities as specified in the detailed tender schedule. The procurement is conducted by LESCO's pre-qualified suppliers list registered with the Income Tax & Sales Tax Departments under the head office procurement authority.
Bidders must be registered manufacturers or authorized suppliers with LESCO's approved vendor list and must possess valid income tax and sales tax registration certificates. A bid security as per tender requirements must be submitted with the bid documents. All participating suppliers must comply with LESCO's technical specifications and quality standards. The bidding documents contain detailed specifications, method of procurement, and performance guarantee requirements that must be strictly followed.

Sealed bids must be submitted on or before the deadline at LESCO's head office located at Z-A Queseria Road, Lahore. The bid opening will be conducted on the specified date through E-PADs in the same office.
