Description / Scope of Work
The District Police Officer, Pakpattan, Punjab invites single stage two envelope sealed tenders for frame work contracts to purchase miscellaneous items and provide repair services for the financial year 2026-27. The procurement encompasses five distinct contracts: frame work contract for purchase of office items, stationery, and spare parts valued at 29.60 million rupees; purchase of other items including uniforms and workshop equipment worth 43 million rupees; purchase of stationery, printing charges, batteries, tires and repair transport services estimated at 9.8 million rupees; and repair of buildings, offices and residential structures valued at 5 million rupees. The estimated total cost of purchase and services goods stands at 82.49 million rupees, with repair of buildings estimated at 65.00 million rupees. All bids must be submitted through the Punjab E-Procurement System (EPS) demonstrating proof of online bidding and uploading documents on the prescribed procurement platform.
Bidders must be registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax departments to participate in the tendering process. Eligible firms are those registered with the Federal Board of Revenue. Bid security is mandated at 0.04 percent of estimated cost in the form of CDR or Pay Order drawn in favor of the District Police Officer, Pakpattan. In case of non-acceptance of tenders, the earnest money will be refunded following finalization of the tender. Performance Security of 3 percent of total contract value must be deposited by successful bidders. All tenders must be submitted as single sealed packages containing one envelope with proof of online uploading on the Punjab E-Procurement System.
Bid documents are available at the office of the undersigned and on the Punjab E-Procurement System portal. All tenders must be submitted on or before 28th July 2026 before 11:00 AM at DPO Office, Pakpattan, with opening scheduled for 13:00 PM the same day. The tender invitation is valid for the financial year 2026-27 on a framework contract basis.
