Description / Scope of Work
The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Climate Change, Environment and Wildlife Department invites sealed tenders for construction and rehabilitation work in the Office of the Additional Secretary (Development) and Project Director. The project concerns strengthening of digital monitoring and forest governance systems funded through international development agencies. The estimated cost of the work is Rs. 10.00 million with a bid security requirement of 2 percent. The work includes committee room construction and internal electrification, to be completed as per the issued work order. This tender is advertised under the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (KP-PPRA) Rules 2014 and follows a single-stage one-envelope procurement process on the E-PAD (electronic procurement) system.
Bidders must meet standard eligibility requirements including valid business registration, relevant engineering licenses from Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC), and proof of financial capacity. Bid security of 2 percent of the estimated cost must be submitted as an original call deposit in the name of the undersigned. Incomplete or conditional bids will not be entertained. The procuring entity reserves the right to reject bids if quotations exceed 10 percent below the engineer's estimate or show significant financial discrepancies. All submissions must strictly comply with KP-PPRA guidelines and no late proposals will be accepted.
Bid documents can be downloaded from the official E-PAD website (https://epassure.gov.pk/) after the BOQ publication. Proposals must be submitted through E-PAD on or before 24th July 2026 by 1:00 PM, accompanied by hard copies sent to the office address. Physical copies should reach the Civil Secretariat, Peshawar by 2:30 PM on the same date. Bids will be opened publicly in the presence of bidders or their representatives.
