Operation of Parking Facilities and Collection of Parking Fees by Parks and Horticulture Authority

The Parks and Horticulture Authority, Lahore invites interested parties including individuals, sole proprietors, firms, partnership companies, joint ventures and entities with active NTN registration to participate in the auction for operation of parking facilities and collection of parking fees at five designated locations across Lahore, Punjab. The tender encompasses a two-year non-extendable contract period covering parking operations at Jilani Park, Jallo Botanical Garden, Greater Iqbal Park, Gulshan-e-Iqbal Park and Phool Posh Jadi in Lahore, with aggregate reserve prices ranging from Rs 3.0 million to Rs 20 million and bid security requirements from Rs 0.5 million to Rs 3.5 million.
