Description / Scope of Work

The Government of the Punjab, Board of Revenue, South Punjab, Bahawalpur invites electronic bids from interested sole proprietorships, firms, general order suppliers, manufacturers and service providers for the supply of general store and miscellaneous items and third party services under a framework contract for the financial year 2026-27. The procurement comprises six distinct lots with a combined estimated value of Rs. 15.734 million, including stationary (Rs. 2.668 million), printing and publication materials (Rs. 2.000 million), cost of other stores (Rs. 3.176 million), computer stationary (Rs. 1.890 million), miscellaneous items (Rs. 4.000 million), and payment for other services rendered (Rs. 2.000 million). Delivery shall be made on a free-to-consignee basis to the Board of Revenue office located in Bahawalpur.

Eligible bidders must be manufacturers, importers, distributors or sole agents with active income tax and sales tax registration certificates. Bidders shall not be under any declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices by any government body. A bid security deposit of 2 percent of the total estimated bid value is mandatory, payable in the form of CDR, bank draft, call deposit or online payment through Bank of Punjab, valid for 120 days. All goods and services must originate from eligible source countries as defined in the procurement rules.

Electronic bids comprising technical and financial proposals must be submitted through the E-Procurement Punjab portal at https://ep.punjab.gov.pk by 11:00 AM on or before 27 July 2026. The tender will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM following the Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure under PPRA Rules 2014 as amended. Bidders are requested to provide their best and final prices with no further negotiations expected.
