Description / Scope of Work
The City Police Officer, Gujranwala invites e-procurement bids for a comprehensive framework contract covering the financial year 2026-27, running until June 30, 2027. The tender encompasses eighteen separate lots with a combined estimated value exceeding 152 million rupees, including purchase of mobile oils and lubricants, tyres, tubes and flappers, batteries and filters, horse feed, miscellaneous electrical and sports items, office and computer stationery, printing materials, bed and boxes, tents and tarpaulins, ice and coal, furniture and fixtures, plant machinery and IT equipment, as well as repair and maintenance services for machinery, furniture, government police buildings, and transport vehicles. This is a single-stage two-envelope bidding process conducted through the Punjab e-procurement portal in accordance with Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 as amended to December 31, 2021.
Eligible bidders must be well-reputed and financially sound, registered with Income Tax, Sales Tax, and Punjab Sales Tax Departments, and possess previous experience in supplying or repairing the relevant item categories. Bidders are required to submit bid security equal to 3 percent of the estimated cost of their lot in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) made in favour of the City Police Officer Gujranwala. Successful bidders will be required to provide an additional performance guarantee of 10 percent of the total contract value as a CDR. All rates quoted must include GST and PST and remain fixed until June 30, 2027.
