Supply of Goods and Items by Commandant Elite Police Training School for FY 2026-27

Commandant Elite Police Training School, Bedian Road, Lahore invites e-bids for purchase and provision of miscellaneous items and services for the financial year 2026-27. The tender covers supply of goods including stationery, printing and publication items, computer stationery, medicines, hot and cold beverages, diesel for generators and vehicles, POL charges for mobil oil, uniform stitching, training aid items, fair and exhibition catering items, and repair of machinery and furniture. The total estimated budget is Rs 45,720,000 with an overall scope covering essential operational supplies and maintenance services required for the police training institution located in Lahore, Punjab.

Eligibility criteria require bidders to have minimum two years of relevant experience in supplying the goods or services they are bidding for, along with registration from relevant forums or organizations. Bidders must be registered with tax authorities as active taxpayers including FBR, PRA, and other relevant departments. Minimum financial soundness based on average turnover for the last three years is mandatory. A 2% security deposit of the estimated cost is required from all qualified bidders. Bidders must not be blacklisted by any procuring agency or PPRA, provide authentic documents, and furnish an affidavit confirming the accuracy of submitted information.

Bid documents will be submitted online through the Punjab e-procurement system under PPRA rules and regulations. The e-bid submission deadline is 27 July 2026 at 11:00 AM with opening scheduled for the same day at 11:30 AM. Technical and financial bids must be submitted in a single envelope as per PPRA regulations. Bidders should obtain complete bid documents from the PPRA website and Punjab e-procurement portal. Income tax registration certificates and other mandatory documents as per e-bidding requirements must accompany technical bids. Late submissions will not be accepted, and the procuring agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids at its discretion.
