District Police Office Jhang invites sealed E-bids on a lot basis from registered firms, companies, sole proprietors and general order service providers engaged in trading for the procurement of office stationery, computer stationery, printing and publication materials, plant and machinery items, furniture and fixtures, IT equipment, computer hardware, software, store items, and related supplies. The tender encompasses multiple lot categories including purchase of office stationery estimated at 10 million rupees, computer stationery at 8 million, printing and publication at 5 million, plant and machinery at 10 million, furniture and fixtures at 8 million, IT equipment at 5 million, computer hardware at 5 million, and various other store items, software, and repair services for plant machinery, computer hardware, furniture and fixtures, and building maintenance. Additional items include road safety equipment, tents, sports items, mobil oil, filters, transport repair, cleanliness supplies, electrical items, weather charges, entertainment items, and feed purchase. The total estimated budget value is significant with individual lot security deposits ranging from 40,000 to 400,000 rupees depending on estimated lot value.
Eligible bidders must be registered with relevant Registration Authorities, Sales Tax, and Income Tax Departments. E-bids must be accompanied by bid security in the form of CDR, Demand Draft or Pay Order as specified for each lot. Late bids will be rejected. All bids must be submitted online through the E-Procurement Aggregate Procurement System portal at https://punjab.egovprocure.gov.pk or the Lahore schedule link provided.
E-bid submission deadline is 27 July 2026 at 11:00 AM at District Police Office, Jhang. E-bid opening will occur on the same date at 11:30 AM. Bid security documents must be submitted in an envelope clearly marked with the bidding document lot number and bidder name or title before bid opening concludes.
