For Bidders: Our Analysis PAKISTANTENDER INSIGHT
Independent analysis by PakistanTender — not part of the official notice. Always confirm details against the original tender document.
District Police Office Jhang seeks multiple supply categories across 51 million rupees total budget, structured as individual lots (stationery, IT hardware, furniture, plant/machinery, consumables, services).
Highly fragmented procurement creates opportunities for specialized suppliers to target specific lots rather than compete on full scope. Notable: same-day bid opening (27 July 2026, 11:30 AM) leaves minimal time post-submission for document verification; lot security deposits scale with value (40k–400k), creating modest entry barriers. This appears one-off institutional restocking rather than recurring annual supply, though maintenance/repair services suggest ongoing relationship potential.
Who can bid: Bidders must register with Sales Tax and Income Tax authorities; SECP registration implied for companies. Sole proprietors and general order service providers explicitly eligible. Typically, PEC registration not required for supply tenders (only construction). No provincial/local restrictions stated. CDR/Demand Draft/Pay Order required as bid security per lot specifications.
