Special Branch Faisalabad Region of the Police Department Government of Punjab invites sealed bids on a framework basis for financial year 2026-2027 for the procurement of multiple items and services including transport, stationery, printing and publication, computer stationery, P.O.L charges for lubricants, hot and cold charges, machinery and equipment, furniture and fixtures, hardware and software, newspaper subscriptions, Muharram related items, medicine for sniffer dogs, and other building materials. The total estimated procurement value across fourteen budget heads exceeds PKR 15 million. This comprehensive procurement covers essential operational requirements for the Faisalabad region police force.
Participating firms must be engaged in trading and registered with the Taxes Department for Income Tax, Sales Tax, and Punjab Sales Tax. Bidders are required to submit bid security equivalent to three percent of the estimated price in the form of a pay order, call deposit, bank guarantee, or certificate of deposit. Bids must be submitted in a single package containing two separate sealed envelopes marked separately as Technical Proposal and Financial Proposal. The procuring agency will reject any offer from firms or individuals blacklisted by any government department, bids received without the required original bid security documentation, unsigned bidding documents, or offers that are ambiguous, conditional, or incomplete.
Interested bidders may purchase bidding documents by submitting a written request to Special Branch Faisalabad Region near Iqbal Stadium Faisalabad and paying a non-refundable fee of PKR 1000. Bidding documents are available immediately after publication and can also be downloaded from the PPRA website at https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk/ViewTender.aspx for information purposes. All sealed bids must be delivered to the office on or before August 10, 2026 at 10:00 AM, with technical and financial proposal opening scheduled for the same day at 11:00 AM. The bid validity period extends until June 30, 2027, the closure of the financial year, and the procurement will be made item-wise to the lowest evaluated responsive bidder under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014.
