Description / Scope of Work
Sealed tenders are invited from pre-qualified firms for the provision of Nova Source Renal Pack, a specialized hospital diet item for patients, to be delivered to Headquarters Rawalpindi Logistic Area in Punjab during the months of July, August and September 2026. The tender notice is published as Publication No. 07/2026 and quotations must be submitted by 28 July 2026 at 1000 hours, with opening scheduled for 1100 hours the same day. The quoted rates will remain valid for three months effective from 28 July 2026, providing a stable pricing framework for the supply period.
Only pre-qualified suppliers and companies are eligible to participate in this tender. Prospective bidders must provide earnest money of 5 percent (maximum 1,000 million rupees) of the quoted tender value in the form of a Call Deposit or Bank Draft made payable to Rawalpindi Logistic Area Supply and Transport Branch. The competent authority reserves the right to reject any or all tendered documents on technical grounds or for any other reason deemed appropriate.
Interested suppliers and companies may collect pre-qualification requirements, tender forms and other relevant details from the Deputy Director Supply and Transport at Headquarters Rawalpindi Logistic Area by written request until 27 July 2026. Sealed quotations must be physically received at the Supply and Transport Branch Headquarters Rawalpindi Logistic Area before 1000 hours on 28 July 2026 for opening at 1100 hours on the same day.
