Description / Scope of Work
Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited (SNGPL), the Procurement Office, invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the procurement of goods under tender reference FST/TE/052/26 with reference number P97639. The procurement is planned for fiscal year 2026-27 with reserved funds allocated for this contract. The bidding documents are available on the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (ePADS) v2.0 at https://epads.gov.pk/opportunities/federal/procurements/97639, and the procurement will follow the Single Stage-One Envelope methodology using Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules 2004. The tender is open to all eligible bidders registered on the ePADS v2.0 platform.
All bids must be accompanied by bid security in the form of a Pay Order, Banker's Cheque, Call Deposit, Bank Guarantee, or Demand Draft as described in the Bid Data Sheet, or alternatively by a bid securing declaration in the format specified in the bidding documents. Bidders must be registered on ePADS v2.0 to participate in the bidding process. Electronic bids prepared in accordance with the bidding instructions must be submitted through ePADS v2.0 on or before Monday, September 14, 2026 at 03:00 PM. Bids will be opened electronically on the same day at 03:30 PM. Manual submission of bids will not be accepted.
