Supply of Materials and Equipment by Oil & Gas Development Company Limited

Oil & Gas Development Company Limited (OGDCL), a premier national energy corporation, invites sealed bids from eligible suppliers, manufacturers, and authorized dealers for the supply of materials, equipment, and goods under a Single Stage One Envelope Bidding Procedure as per Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) rules. The procurement covers goods and materials to be supplied on Free on Rail (F.O.R.) basis, with delivery required at the specified destination. This Master Set of Tender Document and its Terms and Conditions shall be applicable to all upcoming tenders under this procurement framework. OGDCL is registered under General Sales Tax No. 07-02-2802-001-55 and National Tax No. 0787223-2, ensuring transparent and regulated procurement processes.

Eligibility is open to all prospective suppliers subject to compliance with incorporation or licensing requirements of their respective national incorporating agencies or statutory bodies. Bidders must submit an original Bid Bond (Bid Security) in the amount specified in the Request for Proposal (RFP), to be delivered at OGDCL Reception, OGDCL House, Jinnah Avenue, Islamabad, Pakistan, on or before the date and time mentioned in the Tender Notice. All bids must include sealed envelopes containing technical and financial proposals, along with mandatory documentary requirements including integrity and ethics undertakings, affidavits, and declarations of beneficial owners information.

Bid documents are available through SAP-Ariba Portal, where prospective bidders may seek clarifications up to one week prior to the submission deadline. The Purchaser reserves the right to increase or decrease quantities, inspect items through its representatives or third parties, and cancel any or all items without assigning reasons. Bids shall be opened on the specified date and time at OGDCL offices in Islamabad.
