Procurement of Engine Oil by Islamabad Capital Territory Police

The Islamabad Capital Territory Police invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the procurement of engine oil under reference P58322 for the fiscal year 2026-27. This is a national-level procurement using the Single Stage-Two Envelope method with Quality and Cost Based Selection technique, conducted in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules 2004. The procurement is managed through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System platform and covers the supply of engine oil required for the operational needs of the Islamabad Capital Territory Police, headquartered in Sector H-11, Islamabad Capital Territory.
