Description / Scope of Work
The District Police Officer, Sahiwal invites sealed bids for a framework contract covering the procurement of miscellaneous items and services for the financial year 2026-27. The scope includes purchase of POL charges for lubricants, filters, batteries, tyres, and repair of transport vehicles. The estimated contract value is Rs 45 million, and the contract will run from 01 July 2026 to 30 June 2027. Bids will be received through the Punjab e-Procurement System for delivery and supply to DPO Office, Sahiwal, located in Punjab province.
Eligible bidders must be registered with the income tax, sales tax, and PRA departments. Bidders are required to submit NTN, Sales Tax registration, Professional Tax certification, Punjab Sales Tax returns on services, and Income Tax returns on the firm's letterhead. Bid security of 4 percent of the estimated cost (Rs 1,800,000) must be furnished in the form of a CDR, Pay Order, or Bank Draft from a scheduled bank in favour of the District Police Officer, Sahiwal. Successful bidders must deposit a performance guarantee equal to 5 percent of the total contract value and furnish a non-blacklisting certificate on stamp paper valued at Rs 500.
Bidding documents are available for download from the Punjab e-Procurement System free of cost. Bids must be submitted online before 11:00 AM on 09 September 2026 and will be opened at 11:30 AM the same day at DPO Office, Sahiwal. Bidders must attend in person with samples of items being offered.
